MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

INDIVIDUALIZED PLANS

You have unique experiences and biology that make up your past and a distinctive purpose and direction that can create your future. We work one-on-one with you to create an individualized plan specific to your needs and goals so you can live the present to its fullest.

Your plan could include one, or a combination, of the following services: individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, case management, and drug and alcohol consultations and assessments. We also specialize in interventions that help initiate treatment.

DEFINE MENTAL HEALTH

Mental health refers to your emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. It influences your ability to learn, communicate, bounce back, and have self-esteem. It determines how you handle stress, interact with others, and make decisions.

Being mentally healthy is important throughout every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence to adulthood. Many people have concerns for their mental health occasionally. However, a mental health concern becomes a mental illness when these mental and behavioral patterns cause significant distress and impair your ability to function in everyday tasks and routines.

According to the Center For Disease Control, it’s really common to be diagnosed with a mental illness or disorder at some point in your life.—It’ll happen to an estimated 50% of Americans. And research tells us that anyone has the potential to develop mental health problems, regardless of age, ethnicity, income, or gender.
